The BIG 1!
We celebrated Ainsley's birthday with our friends and family Saturday. This was her first official PARTY! We had a great day, and cannot thank those who made it enough. The party and weather were perfect, but not as perfect as our lil princess. ;) I still look at her and have to remind myself that shes 1! I seriously do not even remember her being a baby! It makes me so sad that she's grown up so fast, and I know our next child will probably grow up even faster! Yikes, not sure I can handle time going any quicker :/ Here's a recap of her first party in pictures ....

| Who's missing in this picture? Hmmm.....This is hilarious to me because a couple of hours before the party, we tried to lay the kids down for a nap. Ainsley went down with no problem, but Aiden fought us. If you've ever been around Aiden with NO nap, you know he definitely needs a nap. Anyways, after him getting up several times and me, my mom and mother-in-law busy finishing up the decorating, my sweet and patient daddy offered to go lay with Aiden in the floor so he would at least get some rest :) As you can tell this really didn't work out too well. We walked in to find Aiden sitting up reading a book, and dad fast asleep. At least someone got some much needed sleep! |
