* at her last appt. a couple of weeks ago, she weighed 15lbs 8oz. This puts her in the 90%. She was 24 1/2 inches, in the 75%.
* we are wearing 6 month clothes, occasionally a 9 month dress or onsie. size 2 diapers are fitting just right.
* She is still eating about every 3 hours. She HATES the nursing cover, which is probably my fault because we dont use it at home. At her last dr. visit, I was given the go ahead for starting cereal since there is obviously no concern about her weight gain. With aiden, we didn't start baby food or cereal til about 6 months but I followed every rule/guideline with him, especially since he was a picky eater. She is REALLY showing interest in foods. I feel so guilty eating in front of her. She starts jumping up and down, reaching, and gets really giddy when she sees any of us eating. So, I was excited to be able to give her a lil something while we eat :). She really seems to like it, and we didn't have too much trouble. The first time, we of course had to do the "feed and scoop" method with her, but lately she's been gobbling it up!
* I said at 3 months, that she was beginning to reach for toys, now she is grabbing them and going straight for her mouth!
* she will get about half way over from back to belly, but still not all the way... I guess we enjoy her so much, that she doesn't get put down too often. Hehe. I think this girl is going to sit before she rolls, lol. She would much rather be sitting up watching what's going on.
* she does this baby sit-up thing where if she's laid down, she will raise her head and legs to try and get up...again she hates laying down! It is definitely a chore for me to get ready in the morning if she's awake. Sometimes, I just have to let her cry in order for us to get anywhere that day.
* Daddys girl already, Brandon is completely head over heels for this lil miss. He loves the fact that she will sit very content and watch football with him (we won't tell him, it's just because of the colors :) ) He loves getting her all dolled up! On Sunday, I had gotten her ready but had not put her bow on yet and he asks "where's the bow?". Lol, can't forget the bow! I've taught him well. ;)
* She ADORES Aiden! He can make her laugh like no one else can. And he loves to make her laugh. It's the sweetest! She got a teapot and teacups for Christmas that, when pretending to pour tea, makes a very life-like sounds of pouring. Aiden loves this toy, and loves playing with her. He is always asking us if we want tea.
* she is still very much a big spitter. No teeth yet, but really chewing on her hands alot.
* she is "talking" so much these days and I LOVE it! There is nothing like those sweet baby coos!
* she is sleeping all night and really has since 2 or 3 months. I do have to give her the paci if she stirs in the night. She is still in our room in the bassinet. I don't really want to get up and walk across the house just to give the paci, plus I'm just not ready to move her to her room...that will mean she's officially not a newborn anymore, and I'm just not ready for that. But, in my defense, neither is Brandon! I mentioned moving her to her bed one night, and his response was, "let's not rush it". :).
* recently, we put her in the jumperoo and man does she love it! She is hilarious in this thing, and looks way too grown up.
* she is blowing bubbles...cracks us up to wake up to this each morning.
* she loves her thick, fuzzy blankets. Im always worried shes going to get too hot, but shes loves to cuddle with them. She especially loves to cover her face with them.
* the sassy part...this girl has a temper! When she's not happy, EVERYONE knows it! She can scream like I've never heard! I hope this is not a sign of things to come when shes 2! Yikes!
