Ainsley is 3 months old!

My sweet baby girl is already growing up too fast! She turned 3 months on December 2 and I can hardly believe it. I love that she is starting to interact with us more. She absolutely loves attention! As long as you are holding her, laying by her, rocking, walking, or talking to her...she is a happy girl. But, let me tell you...this girl can stick her lip out and give a pout that will break your heart. I'm thinking this is not a good thing to have mastered at 12 weeks :).
She loves watching Aiden (I mean...who wouldn't with his sparkling personality). She will sit in her swing or vibrating seat in the playroom as long as he is in there...I think she's learning all his tricks :). She just soaks him up. It is so cute how her face lights up when he REALLY talks to her. She just doesn't care for him being sooo loud all the time, and if you've ever really been around Aiden...he does NOT have a quiet voice! This becomes an issue when she's trying to get calmed down and take a nap. Bless her heart, I'm not sure how she gets any sleep most of the time.

* sleeping: taking about 3 naps day (morning, afternoon, and early evening). All about an hour each. I'm working on getting the afternoon to be longer :). She's a cap napper. She's sleeping all night, going to bed around 8 and waking up at 6ish. Most mornings when she wakes uo around 6, I can nurse her and she will go back to sleep for a couple more hours. Currently, she is still in our room in her pack n play bassinet. She has moments during the night when she will stir because she lost her paci or have an off night where she might get up (but rarely these days). I try to put her in her room for naps to get used to her bed, except for the afternoon nap. In the afternoon her and Aiden are too close to each other (right across the hall) and just wake each other up.

* eating: still about every 3 hours. She is a big spitter! We go through several changes a day.

* physical: has dark brown hair, still just fuzz :). Im Still holding out for her to have curly hair. Her eyes still look blue, but will probably end up being hazel. She currently weighs 16 pds. I love her chubby cheeks and baby rolls :o) She is wearing 3-6 month clothes and size 1 (about to go to 2) diapers.

* activities: she HATES tummy time! She will just lay there and scream. This is probably the case with most babies, but I just don't have the heart to listen to her be that upset. So in conclusion...we're not rolling over yet. I'm not too worried about it...it will come.
We have been sitting in our bumbo seat, and that seems to help with holding her head up for longer. She has been showing a greater interest in toys. Not nessesacrily playing, but really observing and trying to grab for things. Aiden already is not too fond of "sharing" his things, even if I'm just letting her look at it. :/ we will have to work on that. In the last couple of weeks, she has been kicking like crazy! I cannot keep her onesie pjs snapped, she will kick around so much the snaps come undone. Silly girl! Still is loving her warm baths, but hates getting out. She is really finding her hands. When her paci falls out, she immediately crams her hand in her mouth. She loves to snuggle with a "silkie" of some sort. We have 3 we alternate with. I made the mistake of giving Aiden only one kind, now it's tearing up and that company doenst make them anymore :(

I'm loving being apart of all the "little" moments.
